Departamentul de politie din Wisconsin a lansat o campanie outdoor pentru a descuraja vitezomanii, a le arata implicatiile unui astfel de comportament si a promova conceptul “Slower is Better” (Mai incet este mai bine). Mai multe billboard-uri interactive au fost plasate pe soselele unde depasirea vitezei devenise un lucru comun. Mesajele au fost plasate pe marginea drumului, au acoperit radarele care indicau viteza pe care soferii o aveau si erau declansate doar in momentul in care radarul inregistra depasirea vitezei legale de 25 mp/h (40km/h).
